Amazing experienceUnited was very quick to respond to a question I had regarding the motor I was looking to purchase. They answered the question very thoroughly and I left the conversation feeling more comfortable about the purchase I was going to make. Within two hours after the purchase my item had shipped I received tracking and a video on how to install it. I was pretty comfortable with the how to but I appreciated the effort. I received my purchase two days after my purchase which included a hand written note from Ashley. I installed the motor today and the install went flawlessly and now the AC is blowing cold air again.. heck yes!!! The whole experience from my email to the unboxing was pleasant and although I hope I don’t need to contact them for awhile they will definitely be the first I call when I need a motor. Thank you to their staff

TOP NOTCH SERVICEMy blower motor was cycling off/on every 30 seconds and the local HVAC talent was swapped with Texas heat calls. They said I should get a new control board - which I did. But they were still tied up for days and I was hot. (No AC) So I installed the board when it arrived. But the problem remained the same. Noticed the thermostat "FAN" did run normal. So, I swapped the "COOL" and "FAN" cables on the new control board and set the thermostat to "FAN" and "COOL" . The fan never turns off but it keep me cool. I needed a motor! Looking at United HVAC Motors - the reviews were not convincing . RE-manufactured? But the price, delivery time, and the 2 years warranty were great in HVAC motor world. (Did you know an OEM Carrier motor costs over $1100 has no warranty?) Not being an HVAC guy, I needed all the help I could get. Elvis and Tylor at United motors suffered my endless questions until ...... "New motor installed." 😍 The AC, wired as original, works as designed and I noticed the new motor is quieter. Thanks to ELVIS and TAYLOR. I have never had a better support experience in my 79 years as a DIY man. ( But attic trips up those pull down wooden stairs nearly did me in!) 😒
